Eric Vadney

Fitness, Health and personal optimization have always been a passion for me. The detail given by the staff of Castle Rock Men’s Health to the optimization of its clients was a natural attraction to me when I decided to transition my career after more than 21 years as an emergency room nurse. It was natural for me to bring the skills and knowledge gained to merge with personally rewarding goals. It is always a pleasure to come to work and help others in achieving their personal goals I grew up outside Albany New York in a small town named Guilderland. I received my undergrad in biology at SUNY Albany where I played on their ice hockey team. After visiting my sister in Colorado where I was able to mountain bike and ski in the same day I decided to attend CU Health science Center and achieve my RN.
